Healthcare pioneer implementing Synergi®
The world of hospitals and health is a high-risk arena for both patients and employees. Acknowledging this, Östergötland CountyCouncil (LiÖ) isa pioneer within healthcare in Sweden, working systematically towards reducing risk by deploying Synergi® into three of its hospitals.

Synergi Solutions' consultants are valued partners for Östergötland County Council. This implementation was their first software tool to be deployed addressing risks for the organisation. Training was tailored for this specific business and the courses were always met with great interest and were always fully booked.
Synergi® has been in use at Östergötland CountyCouncil now for two years. Its main purpose isto report and manage risk for patients and employees, but also to educate medical staff to do this systematically. Now, some 500 incidentsare registeredevery month, and the health authority is now solving issues in a more proactive manner.
