The Synergi Story

Synergi Solutions AS (Pride) was established on the 29’Th of October 1989: PRofessional Information Systems DEvelopment.

In 1992 Pride was awarded a contract for development of common database for incident reporting and experience transfer. The Steering group (owners) are: Statoil, Saga, Norsk Hydro, Aker, Smedvig og Braathens helikopter. In 1993 we release version 1, SYNERGI® and has 8 employees. 1996 PRIDE implements a total quality management system. Certified member -  NS-EN ISO 9001. 14 employees. In 1998 SYNERGI®  and NONCON® integrated and launched as: SYNERGI® 98 . Pride ASA Offers full services for implementation, training and HSE-consulting related to SYNERGI® with 38 employees.

In 1999 we have local presence in Aberdeen and Sweden and offers the products: Pride Green and Pride Chess, and Synergi Solutions buys the SYNERGI® -source code from the owner companies. In 2003 Pride HSE Consulting AS established. The first clients from health services joins the SYNERGI® -family. 

In 2003 the SYNERGI® .X (version 10) is launched. 60% of new licenses to export >> 49 employees.

In 2004 The SYNERGI® -family reaches the magic 100 members target and are deployed in 35 countries
Over 250 000 users in all regions Translated to 17 languages Oil & Gas, Transport, Processing industry and Health services Building partners, alliances and distributors 60 employees (PRIDE ASA) 15 years within the HSEQ – business area.

Today Synergi Solution AS has 55 employees. We have more than 160 customers all over the world in more than 50 countries. We are proud to be called one of the worlds leading enterprise risk management systems!
