Distributors and Reseller Partners.

Synergi Solutions offers companies the opportunity to market, sell, distribute and support Synergi products. Synergi distributors execute a Distributor Agreement and are subject to its terms and conditions. Synergi distributors and resellers focus on reselling the Synergi Software and are generally prohibited from marketing and reselling products that compete with our products. Distributors helps Synergi to expand its market reach in remote geographies where Synergi Solutions does not have a presence.

Software Partners

Synergi Solutions software partners include software and technology companies who extend, enhance, or complement Synergi solutions. Software Partners could be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners, Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners and Application Service Provider (ASP) partners. Partners in this category integrate, embed or host Synergi technology products as part of their software solutions.

• ASP Partners (Application Service Provider) deliver a deployment, hosting, and managed access application service to a customer from a facility other than the customer’s site.

• OEM Partners (Original Equipment Manufacturer) embed Synergi products within their own applications to form specialized solutions for vertical markets or special functional areas.

• ISV Partners (Independent Software Vendor) develop applications that integrate to Synergi’s core technology to deliver business solutions.

Platform Partners

Synergy Solutions platform partners include companies that are market leaders in providing products and technologies upon which the Synergi applications run. These products include hardware and operating systems, and databases. These strategic partners optimize Synergi’s solutions to maximize customer’s ROI.

Consulting Partners

The Synergi Solutions Consulting Partner Program category includes consultants and systems integrators (SIs). These partners provide consulting services and related implementation, integration, and training services to joint customers. Consultants may resell Synergi licenses but services are the primary revenue driver. Benefits and requirements for consulting partners are outlined in the Program Benefits section.
