Synergi Solutions provides achievement levels within three of the partner categories. The partner program uses a three-tier system, providing partners with opportunities to achieve higher levels of partnership by meeting specified program requirements in a specific amount of time. The required time varies within each partner category. Benefits vary depending on the partner achievement level. The partnership investments are aligned to programs and market opportunities.
Synergi Associated Partnership
The Associated level enables new partners to begin their business with Synergi Solutions and demonstrate industry expertise. Typically: Customers, companies, network or external individuals that have the capability and will to open new doors for Synergi, and vice versa. Either by acting as a reference, holding a presentation, publishing articles, arranging meetings and by using formal and informal networks to spread the Synergi message. The most central ones will aspire to become Premium partners.
Synergi Premium Partnership
Premium level partners provide industry-leading solutions to customers, and are committed to doing significant business with Synergi Solutions. Partners at this level are established partners with regional practice and have significant industry value-add and solution sets. Agreements may be based on giving each other limited admission to a customer base, network, seminar, technology. These can be based on individual projects and prospects. Relationships will aspire to Platinum level if significant added value can be documented over time. Partner requirements are higher than the requirements at the associated level. These partners also can receive additional revenue benefits.
Synergi Platinum Partnership
The Platinum level is the highest achievement level within the program. A Platinum Synergi partner demonstrates a proven track record with Synergi and a very high degree of business performance. Documented competence and dedicated resources in order to carry out activities related to license sale, implementation, customization or support of the Synergi product. Partners found their earnings on license commissions, consultancy fees and shares of maintenance earnings in the allocated market. The partner will usually receive an annual agreement for the allocated territory and vertical, and bases its earnings on various commissions. Partners at this level are assigned a named account manager with executive involvement, and enjoy a substantial commitment from Synergi Solutions.
