Please use the Login link to log in to our Extranet in the upper right corner. There you will find the FAQ under the Helpdesk section. Please get in touch with us on support@synergi.com if you don't have access to our Extranet.

During 2007 the Synergi Support team received about 2688 support related calls/mail and these were handled by the dedicated support staff. We use the Synergi application as our Helpdesk system in order to keep track of all support related issues. Our goal is to never have more than 40 open helpdesk cases. May 2008 we have between 15-20 open cases.

As soon as you have become a customer you will be directed to our Extranet by registering as a new user. In this section you will get access to FAQ's, user manuals and other documentation, "Did you know" section with experience transfer, News with information about new and upcoming version etc. Please get in touch with us on support@synergi.com if you don't have access to our Extranet.

The Synergi Support is open during regular business hours - from 08.00 to 16.00 CET. Logica are currently working on offering additional Services related to extended support hours. Contact synergi.no@logica.com for more information!
